Den Networks IPO - Subscription details

Den Networks, a cable distribution entity with a pan-Indian footprint, entered the capital market on October 28, 2009, with an initial public offering (IPO) of up to 2 crore equity shares and the price band was at Rs 195-205/share. The net issue would constitute 14.97% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The IPO has received mild response from investors for its initial public offering. It got subscribed just 1.04 times on the last day.

Non-institutional investors helped the issue to get subscribed. Their reserved portion subcribed over 4 times followed by qualified institutional investors with their portion being subscribed just 1 time.

At the close of the IPO,
QII segment was subscribed 1 time
NII segment was subscribed 4.12 times
Retail segment was subscribed 0.1 times
Employee reservation segment was subscribed 0.68 times
